Architecturally striking new-build commercial building in the heart of London’s Saville Row/Regent Street retail area providing high-class retail and office accommodation.
Working closely with renowned Ceramics Expert Kate Mallone and Artisan Glazer Richard Miller bespoke terracotta tiles from Germany were developed and rigorously tested before being introduced into the façade to stunning effect.
Bespoke high-level concealed-bolting and ceramic fritted cantilevered glazing and ground floor shop fronts, revolving and swing doors were designed to provide a slender and refined detailing.
Anodised aluminium and stainless-steel profiles and bespoke fabrications hung on an aluminium railing system were secured to structural composite SIPS panels with aluminium rainscreen to roof-level offices.
